There is one major error on the listing - the store is in Kwun Tong - a big difference from Kowloon Tong! However, after several phone calls I found the store, tucked away on the 3rd floor of Hing Shun Mansion. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke fairly good English. It is small, but packed with gear. Ring first and make sure he has what you are looking for. prices are very competitive.
