We used this company for a HK-France shipment late last year. After shady delaying tactics which left us with no alternative but to pay extra fees, the goods were only delivered in France in SEPTEMBER 2006, with 50% of items damaged and broken. Insurance refund is still pending and the company agents in France and in HK have simply disappeared!

This company must be avoided! They rip off expats and get away with it! They come across professional and they have good sales techniques, but once you have paid them the money, they will rip you off completely! This company should not be allowed to operate at all! We have been ripped off which has wasted a lot of our money and time!
