I have rented a junk from PanaOceans three times already and friends of mine did the same. compared to many others, they are the cheapest, they are flexible with the destinations and do not charge extra fuel charges if you want to go a little further, such as Tai Long Wan.
With the staff it varies. We had staff that was okay, but we also had staff that was excellent, extremele helpful, observant, happy.
I can only recommend this company.
