Found atop a new high rise across from Victoria Park in Tin Hau, this restaurant offers fusion cusine with spectacular views. The Japanese and French inspired menu specialized in seafood and meats such as Hokkaido crab, goose liver, tuna salad and rack of lamb. The oysters alone are well worth a visit. Live music is on offer from 7pm. You can also go check out their branch on the other side of the harbour in TST
