the pizza is very good, and I am from New York so I should know. It's not 9000 calories per slice pizza hut if that's what you want (and hey, no problem) but it's got thin tasty crust, tasteful and imaginative toppings in a kind of nouveau way.

Their pizza is thin and awful. Go to San Marzano Pizza Express if you want the nest pizza in Hong Kong!

I'm trying to keep off delivery pizzas in the interests of my waistline, but Wildfire is one that I quite like. Not as heavy as Pizza Hut, and with some interesting toppings. The "Norwegian" comes with a couple of pretty large slabs of poached salmon on the top, plus sour cream and some trimmings. The salads are OK too. All in all a very reasonable alternative to Pizzeria Italia, which is another similar quality place in the mid-levels.
