Blowfish

During the week of October 26th, 2003, we were looking for an interesting place in Hong Kong to have some saki and some sushi and found this place on one of the tourists' maps. It is located in the SoHo area of Hong Kong Island - one of my personal favorite areas of Hong Kong! It is a very modern and attractive place with great style. We ordered several styles of sushi, sashimi, some steamed salmon and several bottles of saki! When ordering saki, you are given a selection of saki cups to choose from. The food was delicious and presentation was A+! All waitresses, waiters and chefs spoke English and were very pleasant and accomodating. We purchased teeshirts with the Blowfish logo for family and friends back in the U.S.! Menu is pricey - but all restaurants in Hong Kong are! Would highly recommend this place if sushi is your 'thing'!
