With a second branch in Central, Koh-I-Noor in TST is best known for its southern Indian lunchtime buffet. The decor is simple, but the regular menu with Northern Indian favorites at relatively cheap prices keeps customers coming back. 1/F Peninsula Mansion, 16C Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon Tel. Just went for the set Lunch at Koh-i-Noor(Central) in Lan Kwai Fong.
A small buffet for about HK$50. Had Fish curry (quite good, not too fishy), Chicken Curry (just OK), Nan (OK), Onion Barji (OK), some Indian dessert (OK), and a salty lassi (good) (extra HK$25 or so).
Atmos, comfortable and not too packed (about 12:30am Thursday).
If I had been in the mood for some spicy food though this place wouldn't have satisfied me (I¡¦d go for Thai anyway), and my Indian friend & colleague reckons it was bland (what does he know though compared to us Brits¡K).

Nothing wrong with it for the price, and would go back at a push... thus 2 out of 5...
