Selected as one of the top five hotel restaurants in the world, Petrus is synonymous with excellent French Meditteranean cuisine and fine wine. The decor is slightly pretentious, but the magnificent views from the 56th floor are breath-taking. The foie gras and lamb are delicious. The excellent food is well worth the high prices.
