Dong Restaurant serves both contemporary and traditional Cantonese cuisine, with some of the "nouvelle cuisine" dishes showing a distinctly Western flair. Creativity is especially evident in the dim sum, while the Cantonese specialties include include deep-fried minced pork rolls, imperial bird's nest, baked crabmeat in the shell topped with bird's nest, and a number of abalone and shark's fin dishes. Opening Hours: Lunch, 11:30am-2:30pm Dinner, 6-10:30pm
