T'ang Court at Langham Place Hotel has received commendations from many notable lifestyle magazines for its fine service and its Cantonese cuisine. In its design, the restaurant approaches the elegant decor of the dynasty from which it takes its name. Its specialties include shark's fin, drunken prawns, sauteed prawns and crab roe, pan-fried salmon, bird's nest and abalone. Cantonese dim sum is available on the lunch menu.
