We've been using Zone 1511 for well over 2 years now without a problem. Their website has extensive call monitoring and provider-screening features. I've also had extremely good response from their customer service. Overall, top-notch and a wellcome exception to the mediocre service one gets used to when dealing with most of the telcos in HK.
