The Gym is cool with plenty of equipments to use. Im a member over there and mind you they are not pushy at all. Well though I dont know abt the other place coz I hv joined the one in Grand Millennium Plaza.. You have sessions of Aerobics, Yoga, Dance, Body Jams, Cycling etc... For more info try their website which might help. Personal Trainers help you to achieve your goals though you have to pay for it, you still have 3 free sessions in which they help you a lot. May be you can try !!!!!!!!!
