Tried this on a Monday night when they have a 2-4-1 deal on main courses (you need to print a voucher first). Was quite busy around 7.30 when we arrived but they let us reserve a table and grab a beer downstairs before going up to eat. Service was polite if nothing special - the previous reviewer is right that some people were eating downstairs but I think it was mostly bar snacks (chips and dips type stuff). Enchilladas and Burritos were both fine and good value becuase of the 2-4-1 (normally 120 HKD each). Probably wouldn't rush back without the same offer going on, but if you're after some TexMex food you could do worse.
