I have eaten at the Spring Deer a number of times but not for a few years now as my drinking area has moved away from TST. They are known for their Peking Duck and certainly whenever we ate there we enjoyed it. Service was courteous and similar to "The American" another Pekingnese restaurant on Lockhart Road, Wanchai. In recent years I have taken a liking to "Fong Sin" (don't know the name in English) in Telford Gardens Phase 2 on the top floor.
