Tried this on a Monday night when they have a 2-4-1 deal on main courses (you need to print a voucher first). Was quite busy around 7.30 when we arrived but they let us reserve a table and grab a beer downstairs before going up to eat. Service was polite if nothing special - the previous reviewer is right that some people were eating downstairs but I think it was mostly bar snacks (chips and dips type stuff).

Enchilladas and Burritos were both fine and good value becuase of the 2-4-1 (normally 120 HKD each). Probably wouldn't rush back without the same offer going on, but if you're after some TexMex food you could do worse.

This place has the worst service in HK. My coworker likes the food at this place. Everytime we leave this place he complains about the service. The last visit was the worst from the time we went in. We sat down at a table on the first floor and ordered drinks. After we started our drinks, the hostess came over to ask us if we were going to order any food. We said that we might order food later. She then asked us to sit upstairs because some customers that were only ordering drinks wanted the table. We told her that we would stay at the table on the first floor. She then told us that food was not served on the first floor even though there were people all around us eating food. We help our ground and got horrible service the rest of the time we were there. Stay away from this place if you want good service.
