For all the new mums out there looking to get rid of the extra baby weight, here is what I did and this has really worked! I have been working out with Richard for 2 months, 2 times a week and I am now back in the same dress size that I was before my first child. I am also back to my pre-pregnancy weight from before my second baby, who is not even 4 months old yet. Richard has provided me with a focussed program but has also provided the firm but gentle direction and motivation I have required in order to stick to the program. I have never been very comfortable in a gym environment but I am really enjoying the sessions with Richard and getting more confident to go in a gym without his supervision. All of this has added to my loss of weight and the re-gaining of my shape and confidence.
