What we do- We Specialise in organising Offshore & Onshore Mortgages for over 40 countries. Our International Mortgage Service is specially tailored to meet the needs of individuals buying or refinancing properties outside their normal country of residence, offering a unique multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional loan facility for residential properties across Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Dubai, France, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and selected locations in USA, Canada and Australia.

The role- We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates who have as much enthusiasm and ambition for the future as we do. We will coach and develop you in the fundamentals of our business.   As a Telephone Sales Professional dealing exclusively with expats and International investors the role will include:

Qualifications & Experience Required for this position:

• Previous employment in a similar telesales role is essential.
• Proven track record of working within a target driven environment
• Clear, confident communication skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent Sales skills - establishing a need, objection handling, negotiation & closing
• Able to build relationships over the telephone
• Good time management and organisational skills

• Determined individual driven by hard work
• No criminal record
• Financially stable
• Leadership abilities
• Loyal to Company
• Articulate, Well Presented, Ambitious and Highly motivated with a desire to "make a difference"

Desirable but Not Essential

• Degree holder
• Overseas exposure or experience

• Previous experience of working in  a blue chip company within a loans, credit, insurance or financial services company would be an advantage
