Try to use a large international one they will give you comprehensive and reasonable pricing for the entire trip. Local forwarders will only give you a very low rate ex HK to European port, then when you are going to pick up the cargo there you have to pay an extremly high release fee (LCL Service Fee). Thus you should ask for a door to door rate / package and compare those.
