To help firm up numbers can everyone coming to this (i think First) meeting up of Kennedy Town Expats vote which day you can come here, and feel free to post up who you are etc as well...

The point of having two days is that for those that cant come on Thursday there might be enough people wanting to go out both nights or only able to meet on Thursday etc...

Could a MOD lock it to one registered user one vote so that the numbers represent definates for those days (to avoid anyone thinking there will be people there on say Friday if those people all intend on going on Thursday) Also feel free to edit this so it makes sense! I know what i mean

I just got back from some recon at K1... once we can get a definite number (and date), I will call Steven (the manager at K1) and let him know who is coming to this KT event.

I will be there Thursday (probably later in the evening/night).

I can make it for a couple on Thursday.. would have to be right after work. What a great excuse to test the bus from Cyberport to Kennedy Town.

No ... in anycase, the bar knows we're coming and I'm sure unlike Dragon-I we don't need to be on a guest list.

Well, who knows? If this KT meeting takes off, we may have to get a velvet rope to keep the masses at bay!

I'll take a look at the final numbers after the poll closes, and give Steven at K1 a rough estimate of how many we'll be. But I don't think he'll mind if we actually show up with even more people than originally thought!

I have spoken with the owner and manager. Shamrock Sandwich and Catering together with K1 have decided to sponsor some lite complimentary snacks. The happy hour has been extended to accomodate geo xpat crowd.
