I lived in HK in the late 70's with my forces folks.Does anyone know if Evelyn and Rosemary Towers are still standing? They were green and white stripey buildings!Its hard to find them on photos as the skyline has changed so much! When we were there the Connaught Centre was the tallest building on the island!!!!!!

White and green, tall. I lived on the 18Th floor. There was a car park downstairs, it was spiral, then there was a passage, white i think... followed by a play area, mum would call our names and let us know tea was ready, lift or stairs? stairs....
It was a long way up, but the view was amazing i was around 6&7 and i still remember the first evening mum woke me up and we chilled and watched the island light up. Hope you receive this email, ill be in touch
