I got a job offered in Hong Kong , I have 4 years of experience but not a university degree do you think this will affect my chances of getting the working visa???

I think if you've got a job offer, it is probable that you can get a work visa.
But again, it depends on:
1) What/who the company/employer is;
2) What type of job are you being offered?
