ok, this is an all in one tool that works great, and is almost "fool" proof.
It's called Systemsuite and contains most apps needed to keep your system up and running at a good price.
Easy to update and maintain and after running a "system tuneup" you will feel like your running a fresh install.
Highly recommended for anyone not packing a heep of experience.

As for panda ATV like KIA said, it works great, but iw had some issues with it, but overall i prefer it to "Mcafe" :P , symantec, avg and such.
Plus i like the boot up panda icon in the corner its those small details that makes it stand out
