There are so many variables in your questions- you would be better to do a search on this site and then target your questions a bit.
I'm sure that if someone were asking the same questions about coming to Tokyo you'd want to know a few more things such as what pets you have, what expactations do you have regarding accom, your budget, what sports you want from a club etc, etc.

As someone who's learnt a lot from the accumulated wisdom on this site, I'd encourage you to search through past posts, as many of your questions have been dealt with from multiple perspectives, with a wealth of detail. If you still have specific follow up queries after that, people can answer those with more precision.
