the time estimates for the Horizon website probably is for their shuttle bus. they have busses go to Shatin and back every hour, to Tsim Sha Tsui and back every hour, to University and Central in the morning. also if you want to go to Central don't do the KCR Tai Wai E TST Crap. Take bus 861 right from the Ma On Shan Town Centre for 25 HKD.
