iPod Repair help

Hi everyone!

I have a 40G ipod Photo that has broken down on me and now it will continuosly reset itself until the battery is almost dead. i tried everything on the apple website and i even looked at the dsicussions but none of those posted methods worked.

Does anyone have a mehod i may not have heard of yet to get this dam thing working?

have you tried to update your firmware?

Yes I have the latest firmware available for the iPod.

but did you try to reinstall the firmware again? this usually fixes the problem.
