Employement visa

Simple question:
Let's imagine I've got a working visa from a firm A to work in hongKong in the next few weeks...After let's say 2 months I want to change my job and move to firm B, does the firm B has to make me another visa or does the Firm A visa still works for other firms?
Is the working visa firm-dependent ?

Thanks

Simple answer: it's linked to the employer. New employer = new application to Immigration.
