What are my obligations as a U.S. citizen when getting married to a person visiting the U.S. that has a visa? Can I just get married or is there some kind of paperwork to do??? What if their visa expires while thier still in the U.S. and then get married? IS it ok?? HELP!!!?!?!?!?!?

She's from Brazil.

Not sure about Brazil but assume they follow the standard procedure. You can check it on many web-sites, for example: http://www.1mmigration-visa.com/fiancee.htm

It is a real headache to collect all the documents with translations, you might need to start working on it at least 9 months before the marriage.
