Ladies Market, the end near Dundas Street first block up towards Soy street has about 4-5 stalls that sell poker chips some include decks of cards depending on size etc. There are some pretty nice sets in the nice metal cases with 11.5 gram clay chips, dealer, small blind, big blind chips and cards.

Check it out. Make sure to bargain hard if you get it.

7/11 in LKF had chips and card shufflers... not sure if they still have them. $100 for chips and $50 for the shuffler
