and then im most likely done with stocks...don't care for them too much, but this one shows great promise that is hard to neglect

If you do not need finance, just fill the form and attach your cheque. However you will have problem selling, unless you have an account with a local broker.It would be in your interest to open an account with a local broker and then apply.

Wrong. Unless the offering is also registered in the USA, US citizens are prohibited from buying into a foreign IPO (there are certain exceptions for institutions, etc. but irrelevant to a small investor).

Do you guys know is there any options market in HK ??

I would like to playing options in here as I played in US Options market

And is there any community/forum that discuss HK's options, pls give me some hint on that guys
