You may try Hang Lung Centre at Causeway Bay or Cheung Shat Wan Plaza next to Lai Chi Kok MTR

Depends on whether you want high end or low end fashion.

Cheung sha wan plaza is more of your low end and no different to what you could get in mongkok or shamshuipo for example.

Are you looking at bags and shoes as well? As I could put you in touch with a few people if so.

You may also go to Sham Shui Po by MTR. The whole long street is selling all kind of clothes for both wholesale & retail. Good luck!
