| Can I get Visa in HK to stay in HK I am from U.S. and understand I can stay up to 3 months in Hong Kong with just my passport. After that time, can I get a VISA in Hong Kong to stay longer or do I have to get my Visa in the U.S., I would rather get my Visa in Hong Kong if possible. Thanks, Ric |

| You can get another 3 month tourist visa by going to Macau or Shenzhen briefly and returning. If you want something that allows you to reside in HK then you need an Empoyment Visa or and Investment Visa or similar. See many previous discussions on these topics b in the list at the bottom of this thread. |
