| Recommendations on apartments at Mid Levels Any recommendations for studio or one bedroom apartments (furnished or unfurnished) at Mid Levels? I am looking for newer buildings - preferably less than 3 years old with monthly rental not more than HK$12k. Size - 300 to 500 sq ft. Thanks!  |

| Take a look at Reading Place on Bonham Road. Brand new and I believe it's within your budget, although I'm not 100% sure. Looks pretty nice... |

| Hey, jayinhongkong, that is one place I am looking at! It sure looks nice indeed! Thanks! Anyone can share information on whether if there will be any agent's commission that I will need to pay if I am renting an apartment? If so, how much? |
