Unhappy How to avoid Coke ??

OK, I may sound stupid, but I really want to know how to avoid COKE, CHOCOLATE and CHIPS.

Three things, that are really fattening , but tastes so good that I cant resist.

Anyone else, who is facing this problem, or has been successful in avoiding this?

Anyone who could help me there, I'll treat him / her with ice-cream.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah they are fattening...but think about what they do to your teeth. I recently went to the dentist and have to have some work done..its made me really regret having all that chocolate and coke etc. Its working for me...

mmmm chocolate

Yes they are fattening, but I say you can eat them just as long as you do some exercise to balance it out

I was (and still am) addicted to chocolate. A friend bet that I couldnt NOT eat chocolate for a year... I said sure I cant! So began the harrowing, traumatising resistance of chocolate and anything that contained chocolate.
I began having withdrawl symptoms!
Anyways I managed for about 6 months, but when I realised my friend wasn't going to pay up I went back to chocolate.

So there's my story, doesn't really help but there you go

Don't buy any snacks back home and office.
Then, this can minimize the chances for you reaching chocolates, chips and coke so easily.

And when you everytime eat snacks, force yourself to do exercises!
For myself, I don't really like drinking water...cos it's so tasteless!
Then, I will go to drink tea..I mean Chinese tea...quite healthy and have different tastes. In summer, you may put a bottle of tea in fridge instead of coke!

Well, i guess this is one of the problems, coz i m at home the whole day, and so keep eating and drinking every now and then.

whatever you are suggesting, i have already tried all that, still i get tempted and buy all this whenever i buy grocery

I dont keep coke in fridge, but then....i still have it with ice.

I dont like Chinese tea, tried it once, but it tasted like boiled water.

Soda water

Until 6 mths ago I was on 8-12 cans of diet coke a day. Couldnt give up and still havent but I'm continually reducing the amount. I'm on 2-4 a day now. I 'need' the fizz at least and so moved on to schweppes soda water. I keep a row of soda next to the coke in the fridge and when I can, I opt for the soda which is making a difference. If you dont like the soda taste on it's own, try a dash of low sugar ribena or some lime cordial.

I've once read a newspaper cutting saying that: one can of coke equals to 13 spoons of sugar!!!! I'm really shocked

So..later everytime when I want to drink coke, I remind myself of this!
Wanna be healthy, just keep drinking less coke!
