Too late to plan an overseas trip for easter break! Any ideas for a break, including hotel stay, within HK? Want to get out of the city. Thanks for recommendations.

This is very cliched but what about Gold Coast and Silvermine Bay - both have hotels?

How about one of the islands? I know some of them have beautiful beaches with nice hotels and they are quiet!
