Looking for a flat in Hong Kong

Hello,

i spent quite some time on different sites looking for a flat and read thousands of ads but at the end, nothing concrete.....

If any expat here knows that a relatively good flat (at a reasonable height, 3 bedrooms, with view on the mountain or the sea) is available beg. of june, i would be very very grateful.

My budget is around 15000 HK$/month.

Thanks in advance for your help and advices.

Helene

thanks for your answer

thanks for your reply.
Anything less high ??? i guess my message was not clear. By "reasonable" i meant "less possible". maybe i'm very very far from HK reality.

Rgds

details

thanks again. the lesson i got thru the ads is that i should not be looking for a specific type of flat but i would be happy to live in a less polluted area, with some kind of sea or trees close by, not in a "high high" tower if possible, with the previously announced budget, it may already be difficult, no ?Then, if this is possible, not so far (less than 30 mn) from Happy Valley .
Rgds

How about the upper reaches of Happy Valley, (near Marymount Secondary School in Blue Pool Rd, Broom Rd, Holly Rd etc), Tai Hang Rd or Tai Hang itself, Bowen Road, Stubbs Rd, the older apts around Braemer Hill area, all of the area around Cloud View Rd? (Do they call it upper North Point these days?)
Or you could live in those areas around Tin Hau that have a view of the harbor? Given most HK people prefer height, you may find a better rental deal on a lower floor.
