Go to Mong Kok, take the E2 MTR exit, and go straight until you hit "Fah Yuen Street". On the 1 or 2 block to the left and right, you'll find 30-40 shoe stores. Many of them are replicas of each other, so keep the store name in mind when checking out different shops.

The major brands have outlet stores in the Tung Chung complex attached to the MTR.
