| | | haha dungeon gyms?? good luck finding one here!!!! but I'm looking for one too!!!
power rack, heavy dumbbell, chinup/dips bar are pretty standard that most gyms will have.....bumper weights i'll bet less than a handful around the city, including the gym for athletes which u wont be able to use...

| | | There are a few lesser known standalone ones for serious lifters. I've seen one down in Sheung Wan on a sidestreet and I know there's a few in Kowloon, too. These places don't really advertise. | |

does the HK Sports Institue have this stuff? What are these "athlete exclusive" gyms?
i just want somewhere, devoid of BS such as pinners and girls... go in, do my shit and get out.

| | | Even with the local ones I'd highly doubt there are any bumper plates....not enough people use them, they'll just toss the regular plates on the ground anyways since gym is more private...
though not confirmed, the lesser common "hardcore" gyms I'm assuming have 99% of the same equipment as the commercial gyms, so yes just minus the pinners and girls. If you're lucky maybe the local one u find might have a monolift at most on top of the regular.
