| Bumper plates are those colour coded plates you put on barbells and the resistance machines right? There's a stack of them at Fitness First in Sheung Wan. |

| I believe he's talking about the rubberized kind used by powerlifters - they bounce when dropped. Correct me if I'm wrong |

| Yeah they've got the rubber ones at FF Sheung Wan. I believe there's 2 kinds - full rubber and rubber outer only. The ones at Sheung Wan are full rubber up to 25kg with the 2 handle holes in them. |

| Fitness First is a little too clean and family for this guy. He wants a serious gym for a heavy lifter. I know of one down in Sheung Wan..bodybuilders and powerlifters only. |
