Hello All...

I am one day away from Hong Kong. I will be working in Olympia. I have been told that it is convenient to get there from Tsing Yi. I have looked at some places online for Tsing Yi. One place in particular looks quite pleasant... with a park and various facilities.

Does anyone live in Tsing Yi? Or know about living there? How is the transport system? Air quality? (Since it is in the New Territories).

I will be living alone and I don't want to spend more than $8000 on rent. I have a small dog and therefore would prefer a place with some grass area for her to run around in.

Any info would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Tsing Yi has a nice shopping mall. And you can get to Mongkok in 20 min by MTR.

With $8000 per month, you can also rent a 500' apartment in the Olympia area.
