Apparently 1010 offers better customer service and loyalty rewards. The myth is that both use the same hardware but 1010 users will take precedence.

Does this mean that whether I choose 1010 or One2Free, I'll be on the same CSL network and the only difference is in customer service? Are calls and SMS messages between 1010 and One2Free considered intra-network?

Unfortunately no. Atleast this was when I was with One2Free at the end of last year; doubt the situation has changed since then.

cerberus is an unknown quantity at this point.
smartone is great for cell service.

recent experiences have convinced me that PCCW's not a viable broadband provider, tho. be wary. HGC may be better, but i'm hoping for feedback on them from other users. there's also i-cable, which is good for internet. never had their TV package.
