Defacto Visa requirements
What are the requirements for a defacto (gay male partnership) visa requirements, when the one partner has a workpermit. Does the other qualify for a familyt/spouse visa?

Unfortunately you would not be able to apply for the Dependant Visa for a defacto (gay male partnership). You may try and apply for an extended visitors visa once in Hong Kong but the chances are quite small.
