Anyone here ever play in the BlackMountain football league or tournament? Got some information about the upcoming tournament this summer (details below).

I am looking to join a team for this even this summer and then hopefully play in the league next fall.

If there are any teams here looking for a player or a group of people looking to make a new team, please let me know.

Black Mountain is delighted to announce the staging of our 4th Touch Football tournament!

The tournament will be held on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 June 2006 at the Hong Kong Football Club’s brand new artificial grass pitch, and we wish to thank HKFC for their continued support in the development of Touch American Football in Hong Kong.

As you have been involved in past tournaments, or have expressed an interest in participating, Black Mountain wishes to let you know of the tournament details before its general announcement to allow you to enter a team as registrations will be on a first come, first served basis.

I will be out of the country on the weekend of 10-11 June, but would be keen to get involved in some flag or touch football again. If anything materialises in the form of a league team, let me know...

I just signed up as an individual this week since I didn't have a team. I just want to get out there and play some.

I'm putting together a team, which could be worse than the random group of people you end up with by signing up as an individual, and a potential wooden spoon winner. That being said, if you're interested in joining - I have about a half a dozen people at the moment, and we might actually go out and practice one or two times before the tournament to maybe run some basic routes. No idea what the quality of the tournament is like, but i'm just going out to have a bit of a run around, as I can catch a ball and run a route, but know pretty much zilch about the technical nuances - such as screens and picks that seem to be allowed in this tourney. if interested, just private reply to this and I'll throw your name down on the team entry form and send you the details on when and where we will meet up to practice...
