renminbi from HK ATM machines?

Hello,

Is it possible to get renminbi out of ATM machines in Hong Kong? I thought I read some place that a few banks offer this service.

Thanks!

Yes - some Bank of China cash machines offer this, but I suspect you need to have an account with them.

Rimo is an unknown quantity at this point.
Try the ATM Machines in and around the East KCR stations, there are banks there where you can get Renminbi using your credit cards or international ATM cards.

Bank of America ATMs dispense HKD and RMB. There is one branch near Sheung Wan MTR (opposite corner from Wing-On) and another near Wanchai MTR (across street from computer center.. take exit A2).
