i just remembered today myself, and i didnt want anyone to miss out on this (u gotta pay a fine if u apply after the dates!)

Do make an appointment online as early as you can as people take up the time slots rather quickly! If you have an appointment made, the wait is much faster when you go to the card center. The whole process took about 20mins. I'll be picking up mine on the 13th!
