Hi all,
Thanks for the suggestions, I have advertised on jobsdb.com before and received over fifty emails from agencies and another fifty from people trying to sell me crap. Does it look unprofessional if i use a hotmail account for respondants? (stops them filling up my email)

Mercury Element: If you are able to communicate with the bar/club owners in the deepest, darkest dens of Mongkok, Kowloon city and Sham Shui Po etc without Cantonese then i would love to hear from you.
We deal with clients in Wanchai And CWB that cannot speak English, let alone Kowloon/NT's.

How much communication would be required? I speak fair Cantonese but I definitely won't be discussing politics or anything...lol

As for the email account you could use one of the others not as ubiquitous as hotmail, providing they give you adequate storeage space tp acceot a few resumes:
