Hi Everyone... I really need help... I was born in Hong Kong but I moved to Canada 11 years ago, and now I am planning to look for employment in Hong Kong because I really wish to stay in Hong Kong. For now I have a college diploma and 2 years work experience. Do you think I can survive in Hong Kong? I really need opinions... Please respond!

I assume you have HK I.D? And what did you get your diploma in and what experience do you have? You can survive sure but don't be too fussy about the type of jobs and the salary though as you will be in direct competition with locals.

Hi Desset101, I have been in Canada for 20years and came back to work in Hong Kong for 2 years. At first, it may seem very difficult escpecially the lifestyle and the working atmosphere from Canada is totally different from HK. Eventually everything work out fine. I guess it depends on what industry you are in? Right now, the hotel industry is very popular and there are many vacancies. Maybe you can look into that. Cheers! ^-^
