Hi Applefan,

I think you shuold go with what your heart is set on. I found a lot of reviews on Pokfulam and most people like it out there. There were 2 buildings I was looking into, Belchers and Residence Bel-Air, both got very good reviews. My only concern with these 2 places is that they are next to the water and people say when it rains, the wind is pretty bad so be prepared to get soaked... j/k, but it could get cold at times. Since you're from NY/NJ, I doubt the cold would be a big issue for u tho.

Here's a great site I found, it's an interactive map of HK. You can plot in any location, building, etc and find out what shops, transportation, banks, etc are around your area.

Hi all,

22 days are left before i fly to HK. with my wife as well, without kids.

I'll be in a furnished appart. for the first month: time of home hunting.
I have already explored most of the possibilities decribed in this thread.
