Try this famous pre workout combo: porridge with protein shake post workout meal: glucose straight after WO, 20mins protein shake, 30mins later your high carb and high protein meal. Post work out is your so callerd 'window of opportunity' to get the protein in your body to grow. For size, i would do low reps, high weight. GT1. |
