I just want to be able to do push ups as fast as possible, i think some of us have gotten carried away with this body building, i dont want to go crazy, just able to do pushups regularly thats all.

So the fastest possible way to be able to do it would be..

Follow the advise here. Search the yellow pages for weights providers:

And also look to develop your shoulder muscles as well as your arms. The shoulders are just as important for pushups as the arms.

Push ups utilises 3 groups of muscles Pectorials, Triceps and Deltoids.

The fastest way to do it would be just to do push ups religiously every day. Do as many as you can every day, be it one or 10 and every day just try and push for another 1 or 1/2. And try to eat more so your muscles can grow.

To be awesome at push ups, you should work the above mentioned muscle groups. To work your tris, do dips off say a chair. To work delts do dumbell/barbell military pressess (google it for form and technique). To work pecs, just do push ups.

If i recall correctly, you wanted bigger arms? if so, you should work your tris as well as bicepts since your tris have 3 muscles compared to 2 in your guns.

And why dont you want to be buff? I got huge for uni when i went and the birds loved me!

he cant do any pushups yet mate, thats why he needs to get his arm strength up first. ok, listen, you can just do pushups against the wall for now...do as many as you can.

stop being a pussy and just bust out a couple of cheeky push ups.....every one can do push ups.....i honestly do not believe you cant bust out ONE SINGULAR push up correctly! At 17 your testosterone should be near its natural peak.

Correction - everyone except me & TDG can do pushups But hey I've busted both my wrists so TDG you've got no excuse man.

Try them against a wall. If doing them on the floor rather than anchoring your hind quarters on your toes anchor on your knees to decrease the load. That'll make it easier to do.

You said you wanted bigger arms before you go to uni? If I am not wrong, the reason for this is so that you can attract the opposite sex for fun and games. Well, TDG, i have good news!! Just tell every one you have a big willy!!! that also works......my friend was famous for having a big willy and he's got 40 notches on his bed post SO.......forget about all the advice and save up for a willy pump!
