Problem with "Respond to Ad"?

I just clicked on a "Contact this member" form in response to an Ad, got a form in which I entered an email address and a response and clicked send. But then I got a confirmation messgae that said something along the lines of "My report has been submitted to the webmaster for review".

Something's not right here - did my response actually get sent to the poster of the Ad or to the webmaster?
